Once we have recieved your application, the first thing we will do is contact you directly either by phone or email to confirm that your information is correct and to gain a better understanding of your situation. After we have touched base with you, we then contact our preferred broker in your area. They will then assign you one of their top agents who will reach out to you directly to set up a time to meet.
You and your agent will work together from start to close on your purchase or sale, or both!
At closing, you will recieve a 20% rebate of the commission earned for your side of the transaction in the form of a physical check that will be written to you after closing. Please keep in mind that we will also be sending you a 1099 tax form, as the government considers this to be taxable income.
