When will I get my rebate?
All rebates will be given in the form of a rebate check approximately one 7-10 business days after closing.
Is there a minimum purchase or sales price to receive a rebate?
Yes, the minimum sales price is $150,000 to be eligible for a rebate. If you are purchasing or selling a property that is less than $150,000 please give us a call. We would be happy to place you with an excellent realtor in your area to help with your transaction, but you may not be eligible for a rebate.
