The Relocal Move program provides the homebuyer not only a wide array of support when buying a home, it also provides a substantial rebate of the earned commission after closing:

Purchase Price of Home: Average Cash Rebate:
$150,001-200,000 $1,246.87
 $200,001-250,000 $1,603.12
$250,001-300,000 $1,959.37
$300,001-350,000 $2,315.62
$350,001-400,000 $2,671.88
$400,001+ 20% of the earned commission

(All of the above rebates are based on a 3% commission to the Relocal Move broker the buyer works with. If the commission percentage is less, the rebate will calculate as 20% of the actual commission earned.) *If the home you are buying is less than $150,000 please call us.

We are limited on the types of rebates we can offer when buying a home in Alabama, Alaska, Iowa, Kansas, Missouri, Tennessee, Oregon, Mississippi, Oklahoma, and Louisiana because these states restrict rebates on the buying side of a real estate transaction. If you would like that to change, please contact your state representative. We will happily serve you in any way we can and would love the opportunity to place you with a brokerage in our preferred network to ensure you get the best service from someone we trust.

However, you can get a rebate when you sell your home if you live in one of these states!
